PATRIOTAS RECEBEM PENAS DE 16,5 A 13,5 ANOS

 

Esse foi o segundo lote de julgamentos virtuais no qual o advogado de defesa deposita uma gravação com 20 minutos e os ministros julgam. Todos os julgados até agora foram condenados a penas que variam de 12 a 17 anos de prisão, além das multas. No último lote, as penas foram de 16,5 a 13,5 anos de prisão.

O Supremo Tribunal Federal, por maioria, rejeitou as preliminares e julgou procedente a ação penal para condenar os réus:

  • Marcelo Lopes do Carmo
  • Jaqueline de Freitas Gimenez
  • Claudio Augusto Felippe
  • Reginaldo Carlos Begiato Garcia 
  • Edineia Paes Da Silva Dos Santos

A pena dos cinco manifestantes de 8 de janeiro é de 16 (dezesseis) anos e 6 (seis) meses, sendo 15 (quinze) anos de reclusão e 1 (um) ano e 6 (seis) meses de detenção, e 100 (cem) dias-multa, cada dia multa no valor de 1/3 (um terço) do salário-mínimo, além de pagamento do valor mínimo indenizatório a título de danos morais coletivos de R$ 30.000.000,00 (trinta milhões de reais.

Também condenou o réu Jorge Ferreira à pena de 13 (treze) anos e 6 (seis) meses, sendo 12 (doze) anos de reclusão e 1 (um) ano e 6 (seis) meses de detenção, e 100 (cem) dias-multa, cada dia multa no valor de 1/3 (um terço) do salário-mínimo, além de pagamento do valor mínimo indenizatório a título de danos morais coletivos de R$ 30.000.000,00 (trinta milhões de reais.

Até o meio da tarde deste domingo, dia 22 de outubro, a sentença de Fátima Aparecida Pleti, julgada no mesmo lote, não aparecia no site do Supremo Tribunal Federal.

O próximo julgamento em lote, com oito cidadãos brasileiros, encerra amanhã, dia 23 de outubro. O ministro relator do STF, Alexandre de Moraes, pediu pena de 17 anos para:

  • Raquel Lopes,
  • Cibele Mateos,
  • Gilberto Ackermann,
  • Fernando Feitosa e
  • Fernando Marinho.

Pena de 14 anos para:

  • Charles dos Santos

Pena de 3,5 anos para:

  • Orlando Ribeiro Junior e
  • Felipe Nassau.
